How to Open a Number Lock Suitcase

Dial your combination in the suitcase lock to open it.

Securing your luggage can be done by using the number locks that are available for your suitcase. If you are flying to your destination, consider using U.S. Transportation Security Agency (TSA)-approved locks. These locks are accessible by TSA personnel when they utilize specialized tools to inspect your luggage prior to your flight. Opening your luggage is done by using a pre-set combination. Keep the combination on your person so you can open your luggage when you reach your destination.

Instructions

1. Hold the lock and set the combination lock to "0-0-0."

2. Turn the dials to the pre-set numbered combination. Line up the combination to the red line on the lock.

3. Pull the shackle down. The lock will open.
