Remove the mattress and box spring from the frame.

Look for loose nuts or bolts and tighten with a wrench. Make sure the bed frame is sitting straight and is not off balance or off center. Ensure each side is directly parallel to the opposite side.

Hold a paper towel under each corner of the bed frame and spray the connecting metal with lubricating spray. Repeat for each corner of the bed.

Spray any remaining areas of the frame where metal joins together.
