How to Load Themes on a Sony Ericsson Walkman
Sony Ericsson Walkman cell phones come with a few themes that adjust how the background, icons and other features of the phone perform. However, you are able to add additional themes to the cell phone. With an Internet connection, you are able to upload just about any theme to the Sony wireless cell phone you desire.

Insert the software installation CD in the computer disc drive. The CD comes with the Sony Ericsson when purchased. Wait a moment and the installation wizard loads onto the screen.

Accept the end user agreement, and leave the installation name and location as is. Select "Install" to install the programming onto the computer.

Plug the USB data cable into the USB port on the Sony Ericsson Walkman, then attach the other end of the cable into a USB port on the computer.

Open your Internet browser and navigate to the page that has Sony Ericsson Walkman theme downloads. There are dozens of these websites, ranging from the Sony site to fan pages such as "MyMobThemes.com." Select the theme you want and click the download link.

Launch the installed Sony Ericsson Walkman software. Click and drag the downloaded theme into the open window. This copies the information directly onto the cell phone.

Open the menu on the phone and choose "Display." Select the newly uploaded theme, then allow the phone to restart. Once it restarts, the new theme becomes active.
