How to Download Music From Blogs on a Mac
For Mac owners tired of paying for every music purchase they make, downloading music from blogs may be an excellent alternative. Free and entirely legal, blogs provide a variety of music downloads. With a little tech savvy, any Mac owner can find hundreds of free tunes available.

Use Safari of Firefox web browsers to access the Internet.

Use the web address bar at the top of the page to access the music blog of your choice. Music blog options are numerous, and include the music aggregators Elbo.ws and and The Hype Machine (see Resources). If you are searching for less well known music blogs, feel free to use the Captain Crawl, an index of all music blogs, also accessible in the Resources section.

Click on the music blog post of your choice. The song itself will be shown below the textual textual description, at the bottom of the post.

Click on the song listed in the blog post. The option to "download" will pop up.

Click on the "download" option, and make sure that your song is successfully transferred to the "downloads" application on your Mac. If the application doesn't pop up on its own, it can be accessed through the "Finder" application at the bottom of your screen.

Drag the download from the "downloads" section to the music program of your choice.
