How to Do a Box Book Report
Book reports give students an opportunity to share their understanding of a story. The ability to comprehend what is read is an important skill used in every subject throughout school. Students begin working on reading comprehension early in their elementary school years by completing assignments such as book reports. Cereal-box book reports allow students to create a visual representation for their report.

Tips & Warnings
Cereal boxes are a common choice for box book reports; other boxes can also be used.
When using markers on construction paper, the ink tends to bleed, causing illegible wording. Instead, you may wish to use a fine-tip marker or colored pencil.
