Enter the tax year, state, pay rate, hours worked or contract pay rate and the pay frequency (weekly or bi-weekly) and the website will calculate the correct payroll withholdings and paycheck information. Next, print or download a Portable Document Format (PDF) file from the website.

      Download a free Payroll Calculator and Paycheck template for Microsoft Excel. Load the template in Excel and enter the payroll information on each worksheet tab. The payroll calculator (macro) will automatically display the correct payroll withholdings, paycheck and stub information to be printed.
