Building the Shooter
-
1
Cut the first piece of PVC pipe seven inches long. Cut five pieces of PVC pipe to three inches in length. A hacksaw and a vise will be very handy for this procedure.
-
2
Lay out your shooter in the following manner. From right to left: Lay the 7-inch piece of PVC pipe horizontally. Directly in front of that place a three-way junction. Below the three-way junction, place a 3-inch piece of pipe vertically. Below the 3-inch piece of pipe, place an end cap. In front of the three-way junction, lay out another 3-inch piece of PVC. In front of that goes another three-way junction. Above that three-way junction, place a 3-inch piece of PVC pipe vertically with an elbow above it. To the left of the three-way junction, lay out another 3-inch piece of PVC with an elbow directly in front of it. Below the elbow is a vertical 3-inch piece of PVC followed by another end cap.

Put all pieces together. PVC glue may be used if desired. Gluing the pieces together, however, will make it more difficult for cleaning.
-
4
Test the marshmallow shooter by placing a mini marshmallow in the top piece of the shooter. Blow air through the shooter and the marshmallow will shoot out of the barrel.

Tips & Warnings
Increase air pressure in the marshmallow shooter by filling in areas of the gun that the marshmallow does not pass through with toilet paper.
Because a marshmallow shooter launches projectiles, the use of safety goggles is recommended.
