How to Treat Wooden Gutters
Gutters collect runoff from the roof and carry the water down a drainpipe and away from the house. This process keeps the water from pooling on the roof or collecting at the base of the home or building, preserving the home itself. Otherwise, the moisture that collects in and around the home could cause mold, mildew and wood rot. Wooden gutters are one option when you are installing a draining system. These gutters are both decorative and durable if treated correctly. Treating wooden gutters with a sealant preserves them and makes the system most efficient. Does this Spark an idea?
