Directions to Crochet Slippers
Many styles of crocheted slippers are simple to make. Handmade slippers are cozy and warm, and crocheted slippers can be customized to size and color preferences. Many crochet slipper patterns do not require a lot of counting or skill, but most of the patterns assume a knowledge of basic stitches, including chain, slip, single crochet and double crochet. One skein of yarn should be enough to crochet one pair of adult slippers. Consult the slipper pattern for the exact amount needed. Choose a yarn that is soft but durable. Wool or acrylic blends work well.
