How to Unlock a BlackBerry Storm for Use on T-Mobile
The BlackBerry Storm is a versatile brick-style smart phone that includes a 3.2-megapixel camera with flash and video recording capabilities, touch-screen navigation and Wi-Fi. Although the Storm is available on Verizon Wireless network, you can use it with T-Mobile if you have an unlock code. Obtain your unlock code by providing your BlackBerry Storm's unique International Mobile Equipment Identity number to a Verizon representative or an online unlock specialist. Dial *#06# and press "call" to reach a representative.

Remove your Verizon SIM card. Remove the battery; the SIM card holder is underneath the battery. Slide the SIM card out with your finger.

Insert a T-Mobile network SIM card and power on your BlackBerry Storm.

Click on "Manage connections" and turn off all connections.

Go to the "Settings" menu and click "Options" and "Advanced Options." Select the "SIM Card" option.

Click on the menu button and select "Show keyboard."

Type "M-E-P-D" -- nothing will appear.

Type "M-E-P-2" and wait for a message to appear along with a box allowing you to enter your unlock code. Once you have verified your unlock code is entered correctly, press "Enter." Wait until a message appears saying your code has been accepted.

Restart your phone and go to "Options" and then "Mobile Network." Switch the network over to "GSM/UMTS," and your phone is now unlocked to use with T-Mobile.

Tips & Warnings
You have 10 chances to enter a valid unlock code. After that, the phone will be permanently "bricked" or locked.
