How to Remove Moss on Carpet
If you have moss growing on your outdoor carpet, there are steps you can take to save your carpet. Moss grows in humid conditions and requires upkeep to keep it away. Pour vinegar into a spray bottle and spray it onto your carpet until it is wet. Allow it to stand for about 10 minutes.

Scrub the moss using a bristled brush.

Pour water into another spray bottle and spray the same area of the carpet thoroughly.

Use a sponge to wipe away any residue. Allow the carpet to dry. If moss remains, repeat this process.
