How to Download Music Onto My Phone Using Bluetooth

Many cellphones can play music via an inbuilt media player. If both your cellphone and your computer or laptop have Bluetooth capabilities, you will be able to download the music to the device. The process will differ slightly depending on your phone, so consult your phone's user documentation if you're unsure with the phone steps.

      Browse on your computer to the music you want to download. Select the file(s) and press "Ctrl"+"C."

      Turn your phone's Bluetooth on and make your phone "Discoverable."

      Click "Start > Devices and Printers."

      Click "Add a device." Choose your phone from the list of available options. Click "Next."

      Enter the "pairing code" when prompted. Your phone will either display a four-digit number or allow you to choose a four-digit number. Type this number in, when prompted, to your computer. A folder will then open displaying the contents of your phone.

      Double-click the "Audio" or "Music" folder on your phone. Press "Ctrl"+"V" to paste the songs. They will download via Bluetooth.
