How to Transfer Play Money in "Poker Stars"

PokerStars has the ultimate distinction of being the largest poker room on the Web. Numerous world poker champions have emerged from PokerStars' online presence. PokerStars was originally a play-money only site, but it soon allowed players to wager real money on its tables. Players can still enjoy betting with play money and can even transfer the fake money to a friend or other player.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your PokerStars account using your username and password.

2. Click "Requests" on the top menu bar and then select "Find a Player."

3. Type in the Player ID of the player you wish to transfer funds to. Invite the player to a game.

4. Right-click on the player's name and click "Transfer play money chips." Type in the appropriate number of chips and confirm the transaction.

Tips & Warnings

• When you invite the other player to a game, make sure it is a play-money game with at least a pair of available seats.
