This will strip away any color, allowing you to transform your hair to light colors much easier. To go super light, you will most likely have to use a 40 volume bleach.   • 40 volume bleaching kit (this will include gloves, 40 volume bleach powder, mixing tub, creme developer, tint brush and a plastic cap)
  • Towels
  • Mild shampoo

Instructions

      Put on the plastic gloves that came in your bleach kit.

      Arrange old towels on the floor, countertop and around your neck to prevent bleaching your clothing, floors, carpet or countertops.

      Pour the bleach powder into the mixing tub. Add the creme developer to the bleach powder.

      Stir the powder and developer together well with the tint brush provided in the kit.

      Dip the brush into the bleach, and apply the bleach to your hair. Thoroughly coat your hair to bleach evenly.

      Put on the plastic cap. Leave the bleach on your hair for only the amount of time specified in the instructions. Never leave the bleach on longer as you can damage both your hair and scalp.

      Rinse the bleach out under warm water, then wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Allow your hair to air dry, then you can dye it or leave it as is.
