Scrape away any sap you can from the carpet, using a spatula.

Blot the sap stain carefully with dry cleaning solvent and a clean cloth. Press firmly to lift the sap from the carpet.

Continue to blot the area with a dry side of the cloth until most of the liquid is absorbed.
