1
Make garlands from fresh flowers by purchasing a garland oasis from a florist and inserting flowers into the foam in the arrangement you want them in. You can also have a florist create garlands for you ahead of time. Place the garlands between each pillar of the gazebo near the top of the roof. They should hang loosely and give a slight swagged appearance. Choose flowers that will last outdoors in the heat, such as roses, orchids and mums.

2
Place a swagged piece of tulle on each of the six or eight segments of the wedding gazebo using hanging plant hooks just above the half-wall. It should drape slightly over the half-wall and be parallel with the flower garlands above it. Make bows out of extra tulle, and place them over each peak in the swags. Alternatively, you can put small flower bouquets in place of bows to cover the hooks that hold the swags in place.

3
Place fresh flowers within random holes in the lattice of the wedding gazebo's half-walls by securing them with clear fishing wire to the lattice. This will give a trellis effect that goes well with the floral garland and tulle, bringing the look together. Choose flowers or greenery that can go a long time without water, such as ivy, cactus flowers and roses. Place candles on each of the half-wall's edges to add ambiance to the wedding gazebo.

4
Place two pillars on each side of the steps leading up to the wedding gazebo. Place two large flower arrangements purchased from a florist on each pillar. Secure each pillar and arrangement's vase to the sides of the gazebo's stair banisters with tulle if possible so that an unexpected wind will not topple them over.
