How to Reset a Horizon Treadmill
Performing cardiovascular exercise on a treadmill is beneficial if you commonly have knee or hip pain during exercise. The padded platform lessens the impact as your foot strikes the belt. Horizon treadmills are made for at home use. If your console will not display a new program, or if you have just performed maintenance, you will need to reset your Horizon treadmill.

Locate the "Stop/Pause" button on the treadmill console. On most consoles, the button is located on the lower righthand corner of the console.

Press and hold the "Stop/Pause" button.

Release the button after 3 seconds has elapsed.
