Use your web browser to open the file-hosting website. Seem "References" for a list of free file-hosting sites.

Click the "Upload/Choose or File/Browse" button, and select the MP3 podcast you want to upload. If available, enter tags or keywords for the file; this increases the number of hits you get via search engines. Enter your email address and accept the terms of use.

Click the "Upload File/Begin Upload Files" button. A progress bar displaying the remaining time for the uploading process will be displayed. At the end of the upload, you will be given a link that can be used for you and others to access the MP3 podcast.
