How to Export Outlook Contacts to a BlackBerry Phone
Add your Outlook contacts to your BlackBerry by using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager. The Desktop Manager can synchronize your computer with the phone to add your Outlook contacts to it. Exporting the contacts to your phone allows you to have all of the people you need to keep in touch with on your phone as well as your computer.

Connect your phone to the computer using the USB cable and open the Desktop Manager.

Click "Organizer," then "Configure Settings."

Click the box next to "Address Book."

Choose "Outlook" from the list of applications and click "Next."

Select the direction of synchronization. Choose a two-way sync or a one-way (from the device to the computer, or visa versa), then click "Next."

Click "Finish."

Click the "Sync" button at the bottom of the Desktop Manager window to add your contacts to the phone.
