How to Get Through Team Rocket's Warehouse in Pokemon Fire Red
In "Pokemon: Fire Red," Team Rocket is an antagonistic organization of Pokemon thieves. As you travel through the Sevii Islands, an area south of Kanto, you will discover Team Rocket's warehouse. The small base is hidden on Chrono Island, the fifth island in the archipelago. By successfully navigating the warehouse, you will gain experience points for your Pokemon, find rare items and disband the evil organization.

Input the two Team Rocket passwords--which you learn in Mt. Ember and Dotted Hole--to enter the building. (See the Tips section for more.)

Step on the top arrow panel to your left. You cannot control your direction until you reach the next friction panel.

Step on the arrow panel to your left. This will lead you to a backroom where Team Rocket has imprisoned Pokemon.

Step on the arrow panel closest to the cardboard boxes as you leave the backroom. The arrows will direct you to a plate near the entrance.

Go north and battle the Team Rocket member.

Step on the arrow panel to the left of your opponent's original position. You will stop at the next friction plate.

Walk north and then to the wall on the far right of this warehouse room. Avoid stepping on any arrow panels until you reach a series of panels aiming south.

Battle the Team Rocket member and step on the arrow panels aiming right.

Battle the Team Rocket Administrators in the next two rooms.

Defeat Scientist Gideon and take the Sapphire item that he stole.

Tips & Warnings
The passwords that you need to enter the base are ""Goldeen need log" and "Yes, nah, Chansey." You will learn the first password from a Team Rocket Grunt at Mt. Ember. You will learn the second password from Gideon in Dotted Hole on Fortune Island, the sixth of the Sevii Islands.
After you navigate the warehouse, return the Sapphire item to the Pokemon Center on Knot Island, the first of the Sevii Islands. This will trigger several changes in the game. Cerulean Cave will open, and the Elite Four will be available for rematches. In addition, you will be able to trade Pokemon to and from "Pokemon: Sapphire" and "Pokemon: Ruby."
Gideon's has a team of five Pokemon. Each one is at level 46, so bring Pokemon of equal or higher levels. If all of your Pokemon faint, you will have to restart your infiltration of the warehouse.
