Tips & Warnings
Apply the paint in a thin, even coat. Avoid applying too much paint as it will create bubbles and run down the surface.
It is best to paint the golf cart indoors, such as in a garage or shed, to avoid any debris getting on the wet paint.
Golf cart bodies are primarily constructed out of fiberglass, but if yours is plastic, the steps taken to prepare the body are the same.
Wear a dust mask and goggles during the sanding and painting processes to avoid inhalation or eye irritation.
Sand and paint in a well-ventilated area to ensure safety from fumes and dust particles in the air.
