Blender is an open-source, cross-platform 3D content creation suite that supports numerous plugins for increased functionality. The Greenscreen plugin for Blender provides users the option to perform green screen compositing. After you download the plugin from its website, it can be loaded by adding a strip into the software's sequence editor and then choosing to add a plugin effect to the strip. Locate the plugin file on your computer and select it to load it.

      Click the drop-down menu arrow next to "Help" in the menu bar of Blender and select "Sequence."

      Press the space bar and choose "Scene" from the list. Place the "Scene" strip in the desired location.

      Locate the "greenscreen.dll" plugin on your computer and select it. If you do not have the plugin file on your computer, download it from the Greenscreen Plugin website.
