Locate the shortcut that you would like to delete from your iPhone.

Tap on the shortcut's icon and hold it down until all of your icons begin to shake. When icons begin to shake, they will each have an individual "X" on them.

Press the "X" on the icon. You will then be prompted, asking if you are sure you would like to delete that particular shortcut.

Confirm "Yes" that you would like to delete the shortcut.
