How to Apply Simply White Colgate

Simply White Colgate is a paint-on tooth whitening solution.

Tooth whitening can help to brighten teeth and reverse discoloration caused by coffee, cola, red wine and smoking. Your dentist can perform professional tooth whitening procedures to bleach your teeth with fast results, but in-office procedures are expensive. There are several over-the-counter whitening products available so you can whiten your smile without much extra expense. Colgate Simply White is an brush-on whitening product that uses carbamide peroxide to bleach teeth.

Things You'll Need

• Toothbrush
• Toothpaste

Instructions

1. Brush your teeth according to your normal routine.

2. Dip the applicator brush into the Simply White bottle.

3. Brush each tooth with vertical strokes until you have covered each tooth. Dip the brush in the solution as needed.

4. Leave the product on your teeth for about 30 minutes without eating, drinking or smoking anything.

5. Rinse your mouth and brush your teeth to remove the Simply White from your teeth.

6. Brush Simply White Night product directly onto teeth as you would with the regular formula.

7. Avoid eating, drinking and smoking for at least 15 minutes.

8. Leave Colgate Simply White Night on your teeth over night. Do not rinse.
