How to Play Driver's Ed Games
For new drivers, interactive games and instructional tools offer a great way to learn more about the rules of the road. Online quizzes and virtual driving games can help drivers ed students prepare for real-life driving examinations. Numerous websites exist that help students practice skills and test their knowledge. Two of the most popular games include "So You Think You Can Drive" and other parking games from Driver's Ed websites. Most games offer similar challenges and overall gameplay.

Visit a Driver's Ed website like "Driver Ed To Go" or "Drivers Ed Direct." A variety of virtual driving lessons are also available online at DriversEd.com.

Choose a character and enter any personal profile information, if required. Some games also allow you to choose a vehicle.

Select a game or skill to practice. Certain games will commence automatically, with different activities played in a predetermined order based on performance and difficulty.

Use the left, right, up and down buttons to move your vehicle, navigating the roads and avoiding obstacles. In general, the up button will move the car forward. Use the left and right arrows on your keyboard to turn the steering wheel.

Follow the instructions as relayed by the game for each required task. Practice yielding to oncoming traffic, parallel parking and a variety of other driving skills that review different driving laws and procedures.
