How to Add IPA to a Phone
An IPA file is an iTunes iOS application, for use on iPhones, iPod Touches and/or iPads. The IPA file is not typically seen by the average user, but it is used for developers to deliver their applications to other developers and beta testers. Adding the IPA file to your phone is fairly simple: it will sync via iTunes as any other iOS application. The only difference is that you have to manually add it to your Apps library.

Open iTunes.

Select "File," then "Add to Library..." Locate the IPA iOS application file and click "Open."

Connect your phone to your computer. ITunes should automatically begin syncing the device, transferring the application. If not, continue to step 4.

Select the phone and open the "Apps" tab. Place a check mark next to the added iOS application. Click "Apply." Click "Sync."
