Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, pushing the wrap down so that it touches the surface of the dough. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and wait for the dough to rise to twice its original size. This only takes a couple of hours.

Grease, or line with parchment paper, a cookie sheet pan. Remove the risen dough from the refrigerator. Pull off pieces of dough and roll into balls with your hand. Place the balls on the cookie sheet with a two inch gap between them to allow for the expansion of the rolls. Cover the cookie sheet with plastic wrap and set to the side for an hour to allow the dough to rise more.

Place the cookie sheet into a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Bake until rolls are brown. Start checking the rolls for doneness at the 10-minute mark and keep an eye that they turn brown but don't burn. Remove the rolls from the oven and serve with butter.
