Cut a piece of garland 2 inches longer than your measurement.

    • 3

Bend one end fo the wire back 1 inch and twist around the rest fo the garland to form a small closed loop.

    • 4

Bend 1 inch on the other end back to form a small hook. Close the halo by sliding the hook into the loop.

    • 5

Cut 12 to 15 pieces of ribbon, each 36 inches long.

    • 6

Fold each piece of ribbon in half. Hold the looped end next to the garland and drape the rest over the wire. Pull the ends through the loop and tighten it to secure the ribbon to the halo. Repeat until you have all of the ribbons attached.
