How to Get Sprite Pokemon in "Pearl"
Pokemon sprites are small images or pictures of individual Pokemon. The sprite image will appear on screen to represent the Pokemon involved in battle. The image can also be used as a player's icon or on personal websites. While it's possible for a player to make her own sprites, sprites can also be downloaded from several websites.

Go to a website such as Pokemon Elite 2000, Dragonfly Cave or TRS Rockin. All three have Pokemon sprites available for free.

Select "Diamond/Pearl" or "Diamond and Pearl." Some websites will separate the sprites according to the games. Diamond and Pearl sprites are typically put together since the sprites are often the same.

Select the preferred Pokemon sprite. For example, if you select "Butterfree" you should immediately see the sprite image of Butterfree. Some websites will have a simple gallery where the image is already shown while others have a link to the specific Pokemon.

Right click on the image and select "Save Image As." Give the image a name or use the default name as preferred. This will save the Pokemon sprite to the computer.
