How to Find the Username & Password for the iPhone App Store
The iTunes Application Store is an online marketplace that allows iPhone users to download software for their phones. When you access the App Store, you must enter your user name and password for security purposes. While you cannot use the iPhone to find your App Store user name and password, you can still find your login information using iTunes on your computer.

Launch iTunes on the computer that you sync to your iPhone. Click the "Store" menu at the top of the iTunes window, and select "View My Account." A new window appears.

Write down the email address shown in the "Apple ID" box. This email address is your App Store user name.

Check the email address that you wrote down in Step 2. This email address should have an automatically generated message from Apple. Open the message to find the password for your App Store account.

Apple also maintains a website that you can use to obtain your iTunes App Store password. To use this tool, you must know the email address associated with your App Store account. Enter the email address and click "Next." You may reset your password by having Apple send a message to the email address, or by answering the security question that you entered when creating your iTunes account.
