How to Install a Multi-switch Box to DirecTV
Multi switches allow users to spread their satellite TV service to different TVs throughout their home or office. Use a DirecTV-approved multi switch if you plan to connect more than one TV to your DirecTV satellite dish. The multi-switch box installs with standard coaxial cables and does not require a power source, so you don't have to worry about installing it close to a power outlet.

Connect one end of the coaxial cables to the LNB ports on the satellite dish.

Fasten the other side of the coaxial cables to the "To Dish" jacks on the multi switch.

Connect another set of cables to the "To Receiver" jacks on the opposite side of the multi switch.

Fasten the other end of the coaxial cables to the "Dish In " or "LNB In" jacks on the rear panel of your DirecTV set-top boxes.
