How to Sync Windows Calender With a Mobile Phone
With Windows Mobile Device Center you can sync Windows Calendar to a mobile phone. Windows Calendar is an application available on Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008. It enables users to set appointments, create tasks and configure reminders.

Connect one end of the USB cable to the mobile phone and the other end, to the computer. Click "Start," "All Programs," "Windows Update."

Select "Check for Updates," "Windows Mobile Device Center," "Install Updates." This will update the mobile device the same way Windows updates are applied to the computer.

Follow all prompts from the installation wizard to complete the installation. Click "Set Up Your Device." Check the box next to "Calendar" and click "OK" to start the implementation.

Enter the name of the mobile device you are using or select "Default." Click "Next" to initiate the Windows Calendar upload. Wait for the installation to complete.

Unplug the USB cord from the mobile device and the computer.
