How to Get Contacts From Windows Mobile to a BlackBerry Storm
If you are changing from a Windows Mobile phone to a BlackBerry, you may want to keep all of your contacts from your old device. Windows Mobile Phone 7 is heavily integrated with your Windows Live account. To get the contacts from your phone to your BlackBerry, you need to export them from your Live account and then import that file with the BlackBerry Desktop Software that you use with your BlackBerry Storm.

Log in to your Live account on your computer.

Click the "Mail" link at the top of your account, then click "Contacts."

Click "Options."

Click "Exporting contacts." Enter the eight captcha letters displayed in the image code to confirm your download.

Click "Export." Choose a download location on your computer that you will remember.
Importing

Connect your BlackBerry to your computer via the USB cable. The desktop software will automatically open.

Click "Organizer > Configure Settings."

Click "Address Book." Click "ASCII Import/Export." Click "Browse."

Locate your CSV file that was exported from Live. Double-click it.

Click "Sync Now." Your Windows Phone contacts will now be exported to your BlackBerry.
