Instructions

    • 1

Hold your sterling silver headpin at the bottom by the head and thread the 8 millimeter round crystal bead all the way to the end. This is the snowman's body.

    • 2

Thread the crystal and metal roundel onto the headpin on top of the round bead. This is the snowman's scarf.

    • 3

Thread the 6-millimeter crystal round bead onto the head pin and on top of the rondelle and the other round bead. This is the snowman's head.

    • 4

Thread the 6-millimeter black crystal margarita bead onto the headpin on top of the other beads. This is the hat brim for the snowman.

    • 5

Thread the 4 millimeter black crystal cube bead onto the headpin and on top of the other beads. This is the top of the snowman's hat.

    • 6

Cut the headpin so that no more than 1/2 inch remains using the wire-cutting pliers.

    • 7

Bend the remaining tail of headpin into a loop by grabbing the end of it with the round-nose plier curling it down toward the top of the snowman's hat. Make sure the loop is completely closed or your beads will fall off.

    • 8

Bend the loop on the earwire to open it enough to thread it through the loop you made on the snowman. Once you have put the snowman onto the earwire, use the pliers to close the loop on the earwire.

    • 9

Repeat all of the steps to make the second snowman earring.
