Write the title. The top of the document should include the title "Bill of Sale." You can add other modifiers, such as "of an automobile" or "of personal property" but this is not necessary.

State the location where the sale takes place. Indicate that the sale takes place in Texas and name the county where the parties actually conduct the sale. Also include the transaction date.

Include the names and locations of all the parties. Write down the name of the seller and the buyer. Identify each by his title and include addresses.
