Form flexible plywood until it is in the shape needed while the plywood to be formed is being soaked. Nail the 2-inch-by-4-inch wood blocks to the back of the flexible plywood to keep it in place.

    • 3

Place wet plywood on the form and slowly wrap it onto the flexible plywood cast. Secure the wet plywood to the form with hand clamps. Be careful when adding the clamps to avoid extensive damage to the weak plywood.
