How to Remove Wine Stains From Canvas
Wine stains are notoriously challenging to remove, especially when the wine is of the red variety. Thankfully, wine stains affecting cotton-based fabrics are generally easier to treat than those affecting other types of fabric. Place a dry towel underneath the stained canvas to absorb the wine as you clean.

Combine 1 tsp. dish soap with 1 tsp. hydrogen peroxide.

Moisten a sponge with the soap mixture and gently apply to the stained canvas by dabbing the fabric. Let it set for one minute.

Blot the wine with a clean sponge until you effectively remove the stain.

Launder the canvas in cool water.

Attempt stain removal as quickly as possible. Stains are easier to lift while wet.
