How to Make Your Mazda Faster

Lift the hood and locate the air filter in the engine compartment.

Loosen the screws around the air filter lid with the Phillips screwdriver. Put the cover aside. Remove the rest of the air filter.

Put the performance air filter in place using any installation instructions that came with it. Make sure that it clicks into position.

Replace the cover and tighten the screws.

Tips & Warnings
Other modifications that you could make to increase the power of your engine would be to install a performance chip, a high-flow exhaust system and new spark plugs.
