How to Get a Phone Unsuspended for AT&T
A phone service suspension prevents you from making and receiving calls or using any service requiring a data connection to AT&T. You will be able to call 911 in an emergency and 611 to reach customer care. A suspension can be per your request or by AT&T due to issues with your account. You will still be billed your plan charges, but there is no restoration fee.

Contact AT&T at the above number if service was suspended involuntarily. AT&T will typically only suspend service for non-payment. If you pay your bill in full, your phone will be reactivated after the payment posts.

Check your usage. In some cases AT&T will suspend service if it notices excessive data use charges or if there's a credit limit on your account. You need to call AT&T customer service to discuss solutions.
