How to Use an Acrylic Sealer on Flagstone
Flagstone is a good material to use for paths and patios because it has a smooth surface and will last a long time. However, flagstone is somewhat porous, which allows stains to set in from falling leaves, furniture rust and other things. To combat this and protect the surface, consider sealing the stones to close the pores. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Clean the flagstone well with a pressure washer if it is outside or a scrub brush and soapy water if it's indoors. Allow the floor to completely dry.

2
Apply an acrylic stone sealant to the surface with a sponge applicator. If the flagstone floor is up against a wall, use a paintbrush to apply the sealant to the edge next to the wall. This will allow you to better control the sealant.
