You can update the roaming on your phone by utilizing the Verizon over-the-air PRL programming feature.

Instructions

1. Turn on your Verizon phone. Dial "*228" from your device, and then press "Send."

2. Press the number "2" to select the option to update the PRL on your phone.

3. Wait for a confirmation message to appear on your Verizon phone screen to confirm that the PRL has been updated. Restart your phone to complete the process.

Tips & Warnings

• It could take up to two minutes for the system to update the PRL on your phone.
