How to Charge a Glow in the Dark Lure

How to Charge a Glow in the Dark Lure thumbnail
Glow-in-the-dark fishing lures require light to charge.

Glow-in-the-dark lures attract game fish when night fishing or fishing in deep water. Phosphorous contained in the body of soft plastic lures or paint-on hard lures requires charging, as phosphorous does not produce its own light. Charging a lure requires an external light source. The intensity of the light source determines the time required to charge the lure and the amount of time the lure will emit light.
