How to Sync a Droid Calendar With Exchange
The Motorola Droid is an Android-based smartphone available on the Verizon network. As with all Android phones, the Droid supports calendar sync through Microsoft Exchange. Once configured, you can view your Microsoft Outlook calendars on the go in a fully functional Android calendar app that allows you to add, edit and view your schedule and appointments from your phone.

Press the "Menu" button and then tap "Settings."

Tap "Accounts & Sync."

Tap "Add Account" and then tap "Corporate."

Enter your Exchange email address, password and the server details for the Exchange server and then tap "Next." If you do not know the server details for the Exchange server, consult your information technology representative.

Enable "Calendar" sync and optionally enable "Email" and "Contacts" and then tap "Save & Sync." Your Outlook calendar appointments will be synchronized automatically with your Droid calendar.
