    Things You'll Need

    • Device with Internet connection
    • Radio
    • FM radio transmitter
      • 1

Use a computer or a telephone with Internet access to connect to the Internet radio station of your choice. You can find a wide range of Internet radio stations on sites like Shoutcast or Live365. Many Internet radio stations are also available through iTunes.

      • 2

Plug the FM radio transmitter into your device. Each transmitter is slightly different, so make sure you choose one that is compatible. Some connect through USB, while others use 1/8" jacks. Others are designed for a specific device, such as an iPod or Zune.

      • 3

Set the station on the wireless transmitter to a frequency that is not used by another station. If you tune into a station that is already being broadcast to, you'll end up with interference.

      • 4

Tune your radio into the same frequency that is indicated on your transmitter. You should hear the Internet radio station through your radio.
