How to Make an Exercise Chart
Exercise is a crucial part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Diet and physical fitness can go a long way to further your confidence, mental focus, and overall well being. Frequent exercise can even help fortify your immune system. However, before any of that happens, you're going to need a tool to hold you accountable. You're going to need a plan. An exercise chart not only provides an organized plan for your day's workout, but it also helps your track your progress.
