How to Repair a Bass Boat Windshield
Bass boat windshields can be treated and repaired using the same techniques applied to automobile windshields. Cracks in the window can be filled professionally or by using a simply epoxy repair kit. The level of damage will determine whether the window can be repaired or should be replaced. Small cracks are easily repaired, and long cracks only require a small amount of extra attention. Missing segments and shattered glass must be replaced with a new piece.

Tips & Warnings
Place pressure on the inside of the window with your hand. This will flex the glass and allow the epoxy to set deep in the crack.
Only fill one crack at a time. Repairing multiple cracks may cause you to brush against a completed repair and smear the epoxy.
