How to Renew My Notary License in Georgia
The process to renew your notary license in Georgia is nearly identical in every county. However, you must specify the county in which you reside and send your application to that county clerk's office. Renew your notary license no later than 30 days after its expiration. If you wish to renew ahead of time, do so no earlier than 30 days before its expiration. If you try renewing outside this time frame, the county clerk's office will reject it, according to the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia.
