How to Reset a Kenmore Furnace

Gas furnaces, like Kenmore brand gas furnaces, need to be reset at times in order to function properly. The reset button on a furnace allows the unit to be reset to its factory specifications. Instructions

1. Turn off the Kenmore furnace and allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes.

2. Locate the "Reset" button. The button is on the side of the motor housing.
