Troubleshooting Can't Get Web Mail Page Blank thumbnail
Purge the Web browser temporary Internet cache to resolve display issues when connecting to Web mail.

Web browsers are configured to locally cache (temporarily Internet cache) Web pages, pictures and other content that is loaded for viewing in the Web browser. Web browsers are also supposed to periodically refresh the temporary Internet cache content, including Web mail pages, however the refresh mechanism may fail if there is a large amount of files in the temporary Internet cache. Purge content from the local temporary Internet cache in order to resolve distorted and blank pages when connecting to Web mail.
