How to Mod Songs on Guitar Hero 3
"Guitar Hero III" for several video gaming platforms allows two players to wield plastic guitars and rock out to such hits as Foghat's "Slow Ride" and Guns 'n Roses' "Welcome to the Jungle." While this earlier game does not allow the customization options of later entries in the series, players can still modify songs by entering cheat codes. Enter the "Cheats" menu under "Options" and press the proper button combination on the guitar controller to activate a cheat.

Make the "Expert" difficulty easier with this cheat, which makes the rock meter decrease more slowly when you miss notes. Enter the code "Green" + "Red," "Green" + "Yellow," "Yellow" + "Blue," "Red" + "Blue," "Blue" + "Orange," "Yellow" + "Orange," "Red" + "Yellow," "Red" + "Blue."
